From the North:
Entering Fryeburg on Route 302 from Bridgton: Fryeburg Academy will be on your left as you enter town, continue
straight. Go through the traffic light in the center of town. Immediately after the light take the first left onto Oxford Street at the
Norway Savings Bank. Oxford Street will immediately fork, stay to the right onto Smith Street (red line on map below). Follow
Smith Street to its end (about a half mile) where it will take a very sharp left hand turn. As the road turns head straight, toward
B & C Auto body. Go past B & C toward the oil tanks in front of you (it will not look like you are going to a ski course). The
trailhead is just beyond the oil tanks. Bus and team parking is reserved closest to the trails. Parents and spectators park on the
outskirts.
